Low Cost Spay/Neuter Clinic

This program includes a physical exam, vaccinations if needed (FVRCP and Rabies), and spay/neuter. The charge for this is $75.00. There is also the option of a having a combination FELV/FIV blood test preformed. These are two diseases that have no cure. If you choose to have this test done, and your cat has a positive result for one or both of these diseases, you will be notified BEFORE any other procedures are done. The additional charge for this test is $30.00.

Often during the physical exam we will discover ear mites, fleas, and/or tapeworms. If any of these are found, it is recommended that your cat be treated. We can treat your cat at a cost of $10.00 per treatment. The treatment would be as follows:

Ear mites: ear cleaning and a dose of ivermectin administered in each ear.

Fleas: an application of Advantage flea control. 

Tapeworms: an injection of Droncit.

The clinics are usually held once a month on a Sunday and they do fill up quickly so please plan ahead. To schedule an appointment for a clinic please call 754-2050 Tuesday- Friday 1:30-5:00.
