Hi,
My name is Petie.  I was found in a garage last October with my two brothers and a sister.  We were very cold and hungry.  We don’t know what happened to our mom.  I was very, very sick.  The man who found us took us to Niagara Feline Friends because we were only four weeks old and very tiny.  My brother Richie and I survived our illness because the caregivers at Niagara Feline Friends got all of us medical help and spent many hours feeding and loving us.  Richie has a new home and is very happy.  All the volunteers at the shelter have babied me the most because I have permanent damage to my sinuses and I snorkel when I breathe.  They all love me, buy me toys and one even bought me a fleece sweater for the winter.  I finally have a home here with all the love I deserve.  Last March I went to Florida with Joey, a yellow and white cat who looks after me.  We had a wonderful vacation in the sun.  I’m glad I’m Petie and my handicap doesn’t stop me from most normal activity.  I’ll keep you posted on some of my adventures.  Oh! Thank you for all the donations  to help pay for my Veterinary Care.

                                                                 Love
                                                                      “Petie”
